This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. As first-time Mercedes-Benz buyers, we came in with very little prior knowledge and hadn't done much research, but our expectations were exceeded (July 18th). Farazad (Manager) and Eric were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. This dealership had a great selection of vehicles and they took their time to explain the different models and features, helping us find the vehicle that best fit our needs and ensuring we felt comfortable with the decision. I really appreciated the absolute lack of pressure to buy, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Everyone was professional, courteous, and welcoming, and the dealership itself was clean and well-maintained. We will absolutely return for our future vehicle purchases and service needs. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and professional team that truly puts the customer first, I highly recommend working with Farazad and Eric.

We have purchased last 4 cars from EuroMotors and would go no place else because of its convenience, location and service under Charlie’s recommendations. Because we drive so much, we trade in our car every 4 years and the team of salesperson Chris Clark and business manager Hannah Diep is superb. Chris had exactly the model ready for us when needed and Hannah handled the paperwork expeditiously to make the entire process painless and efficient, especially important to us oldsters.

Thank you so much to all the staff at your dealership, especially James Park,Hanna Diep!I came from another state to buy a car and received a highly professional, honest, and excellent service experience, including transportation arrangements. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends.

Steven Rivas provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What sets Steven apart is his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He is friendly, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients feel valued and well taken care of. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with outstanding customer service. If you're looking for the best service advisor at Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend Steven Rivas. He consistently delivers first-class service and makes every visit a positive experience. Thank you, Steven, for your dedication and excellent work!

I am writing to share my absolute highest recommendation for Aki following my recent purchase of a Mercedes-Benz S-Class. This vehicle has been on my wish list for many years, and Aki ensured the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, he was the definition of professional. What impressed me most was his ability to manage the process seamlessly while I was out of town; we completed the entire purchase virtually, and I felt completely confident every step of the way. Aki exceeded all of my expectations and made what could have been a complex process look easy. It is a 10/10 service indeed. I will certainly be recommending Aki to anyone looking for a world-class automotive experience. Best regards,
